Miro came to do an estimate on the date and time agreed upon. He was able to provide answers to my questions and a good price. I have had problems with other installers coming out to do an estimate when promised. He and his co-worker came to do the installation upon the agreed upon date and was able to complete the work in one day including clean-up providing quality workmanship on a day that was very hot and humid. Miro also looked after getting matching external window shutters for me when I asked him as normally he does not deal with shutters for clients. After the first rain which was very heavy I noticed a small leak near my front porch. I called Miro the day after (Friday) and he came out promptly on the following Monday, found the problem and immediately repaired it. We now have had rain numerous times and have not seen any issues; would recommend Miro and co-worker for their excellent work, timely response and reasonable pricing.

Replaced most of the windows in our home and have waited a few months before doing this review. Vitaly provided great customer service, knowledgeable answers and was very responsive to any follow-up questions we had. Vitaly provided a few different options for the window installation and a very competitive price. Installation team was very professional and completed the work in less than 3 days which included a bay window. They managed to make use of most of my interior window casings as they were oak which provided cost savings for us. The installation team did an excellent job, was very courteous and approachable regarding any installation questions that arose. As I indicated the windows were installed a few months ago and no issues have arisen. I would definitely recommend Total Home to friends and neighbours as once our next door neighbor took a look at the quality of the windows and the installation they have also ordered from Total Home.
