I am very happy with Dmitri's work. He and his partner made sure of that before they felt comfortable leaving. They are professional, honest and thorough. Prices are also very reasonable. Which is rare when you have quality service as well. I’ve met a few contractors, most of them are not very enthusiastic about their work but Dmitri seems to take pride in providing quality work and customer satisfaction. I would not hesitate to refer Heatmaster to anyone. Tom also did a great job cleaning my furnace. My vents have never looked so clean, as they should be since Tom went over them with a toothbrush (literally). Many furnace cleaners will quote you one price and then try to sell you more once they are on site, but Tom never tried to sell me anything.
