Very professional and prompt. The technician was two Ukrainian brothers, only one of which spoke english. Very polite and efficient. I will call on you again ther next time I need help.

Joey was courteous, professional and concerned to do a good job and satisfy the customer - me. Mission accomplished. Troubleshooting both situations he resolved the problems most efficiently. Will definitely call him again as the need arises.
