we wanted to buy and install a large motorized awning on the back of our house. We were introduced to three authorized dealers by the manufacturer of the awning we selected. Alex was great to deal with, knowledgeable, quick to respond and competitive. When it came to installation, he did the job personally and the work was faultless. Sadly, my mother in law’s health deteriorated quite suddenly and we wanted to install a stairlift quickly. We invited a number of companies to quote. Stannah (in the form of Jim Closs) were very helpful, sold their product proudly and with knowledge, but were never pushy. They were not the cheapest quote we obtained, but we liked the product and their flexibility to install quickly. The installer was friendly, skilled, arrived when he said he would and did a very professional job. He was also proud of the product and very experienced. We are very happy with the product and would recommend Stannah.
