Absolutely horrible!! We had a contractor we worked with but the recommended we use Kolani for our kitchen cabinets and for our countertop. Should have gone elsewhere! We ordered our kitchen through the contractor and was told that we would get our cabinets in 6-8 weeks. Contractor called them at week 7 and was told they would come next week. Week 9 and we still had no cabinets! Cabinets finally are ready to arrive at our house on week 10. The contractor waits and waits and waits for them to come and they don't show up. They apologize and say that the cabinets will arrive on Saturday so if we (the homeowners could stay home to opent he doors for them). We stay home all Saturday and no one shows up. Called the contractor to call Kolani to see what's up and only after many voicemails from the contractor did he find out that they couldn't make it Saturday and they would bring the cabinets on Monday instead. Ridiculous that no one would call us and tell us and that we would have to chase them down. Sunday at about 8pm at night our doorbell rings and Kolani delivery guys are there with our cabinets. It's the only one in the truck so they just left this MASSIVE trailer on our driveway (they wanted to leave it on the street). We thought maybe the nightmare was finally ending with these guys but NO. They installed the cabinets, some needed to be fixed because they were damaged. So the contractor madea note of the ones that needed to be fixed. First countertop installation attempt failed because they cracked it. Second time they came but without the right bar posts (contractor had to go pick them up himself). To get the replacement cabinet doors took OVER FOUR MONTHS! Same thing as getting the cabinets. They had them and were coming on a certain date, but never showed and the contractor waited and called them. They did this so many times that we didn't want anything to do with them anymore and were willing to keep our retainer and they could keep their doors! Contractor kept trying to call them and they tried to come on a couple of saturdays and again would just NOT show up so we just refused to allow them to come on a Saturday. Finally came a couple of weeks ago to replace the doors and I'm glad I NEVER have to deak with these guys again! Absolutely horrible. No respect whatsoever for someone's time.

Craig and Jaren were amazing to work with. They were prepared when they came to do the estimate for the work, they provided a written quote and details about what work needed to be done. They were on time and did the work as promised in the timeframe provided. We were so impressed with how they resolved the drainage issues that we got them to come and re-sod the backyard. Amazing workmanship. Very professional guys who stand behind their work. Will definitely call them in the future for any landscaping needs.

Al did an great job setting up our BBQ. He was on time, professional and quick! He added a quick connect (as we had forgot ours at the old house) and repainted the exterior gas line.

Went to the Woodbine & Applecreek location in Markham and got amazing service! I initially had picked out some colours that we might like from paintchips we got from home depot. Heard their paint was better than Behr and decided to give them a try. I'm sure glad I went in, the designer who came to help me showed me that I was essentially planning on painting the house pink (which was not what we wanted at all) and then helped me insteald pick a colour palette that was exactly what we wanted. I wasn't ready for any super bold colours yet so he suggested I might want to try a bolder colour for the powder room and I decided to go for it. We love it! The house looks amazing and I will be going back there to get recommendations for other paint colours for the rooms that have been painted.

John and his company did an amazing job with our trees in our yard. He came and took a look at the health of the trees in our new home and made recommendations to remove one tree and preune/elevate/fertilize the other trees. We really wanted to save our sugar maple that is not in stellar health and John's team did a great job elevating the tree so that there was no risk to the neighbours properties and suggestions on steps to take to improve the health of the tree. John also gave us things to keep an eye on with the maple to ensure that the tree is in good health vs bad health. His team was very clean and left the yard clean! Would not hesitate to call John again for any future tree needs!

These guys are top notch! Very professional and took the time to clean up the wiring nightmare that was left in our basement when we moved in. Everything was done to code and they arranged for a master electrician to come by after the fact to make sure everything was done properly. Would not hesitate to call these guys again for future electrical work.

Amazing job cleaning the ducts. There was renovations going on and painting going on, but they managed to clean the ducts with efficiently and avoiding the wet paint everywhere! Would definitely call them again when my ducts need cleaning.

Tom did a great job rekeying our locks. He was prompt, polite and courteous. He fixed broken locks we had in our new home and ensured other ones were working.
