I called Bob yesterday for an estimate and he showed up next day to present and estimate and get the work done. He explained the various levels of service and the pricing. My main concern were two large stains in the basement hallway which have been stubborn and had been there for awhile. Bob said he can't guarantee he can remove the stain, but will try his best. I took the leap of faith to get him to do the work. Bob talks to you and explains things as he works. He was very thorough in identifying spots, etc. and removing them. It showed that he really cared to get the carpet as clean as possible. My carpets have not been steam cleaned for about 3 years, so when he was done the upstairs, it looked very clean and refreshed. Then he moved onto to basement to tackle the stains on the carpets. With a few strokes back and forth with his steam cleaner the stains disappeared. Bob looked back at me with a smile having shown off his mastery in tackling tough stains. At the end of the day, even though the $400 seemed slightly higher than what you may pay others, I was very pleased with the results. Bob tries really hard to get the best results possible. Bob, keep up the great work!

We drove all the way from Richmond Hill to purchase the lighting. Identified set of lights that we liked. They did not have any in stock and floor model was sold. They said they will order from manufacturer. Every time you called they said it will take 2 weeks. Finally three months later when pushed for a firm delivery date they said they can not deliver. Disapponited with the lack of honesty.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Deliver on backorders and be forthright if you can not get something. Don't use credit card deposits for cash flow.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Only buy things, if they have it in stock.
