I purchased new flooring for my basement renovation back at the end of June. Quickly after my purchase they informed me that the style I chose was not in stock- this seems to be happening everywhere due to covid- so they allowed me to come in and pick another style within the same colour family that they knew were in stock. I was working with a timeline so this service was very helpful. We have to be sensitive that the retailers are just trying their best during these uncertain times. I applaud FDN for going the extra mile and getting me what I needed as soon as they could.

Paolo was amazing to deal with. We presented our problems and he was quick to offer a resolution and at a price that was better than other companies we spoke with.
