My wife and I had a terrific experience with Ottawa Building & Foundation Repair. Working with Nathan and his team was a pleasure from the initial quotation through to final review and payment. The scope of the project was to repair the very weathered and failing concrete of our front steps. Significant amounts of cement needed to be removed and the steps reinforced with steel mesh before refinishing. The project began even earlier than hoped, and the team was punctual, hardworking, accommodating and extremely polite throughout. Salim took great care to explain the work performed, and how some unexpected obstacles were successfully overcome. The jobsite was orderly and tidy on all three days. The end result exceeded our highest expectations, and I am certain that with the preventative maintenance tips provided by Nathan, Salim and Brian, the life of our front entranceway has been extended by many years. Though a very small project compared to many of their engagements, Ottawa Building & Foundation Repair really came through for us. I am happy to recommend their services without reservation.
