This was my first time with Blinds To Go. In past I had used other companies and never had an issue. My wife told there was a sale and took me to Whitby and Thickson location. These guys are extremely understaffed. One needs to wait a long time to buy for quite a high price. When I saw pricing, I was surprised, even though that was after discount. We still ordered as my wife had made up her mind. We were promised 5 days but the order was ready in 12 days instead. It doesn't end there. An incorrect installation guide was included. It had roller blinds installation but those without valance. We drilled holes and affixed brackets but the blinds wouldn't fit. Wasted three hours on this and gave up. Went to the store again next morning. Had to wait for 20 mins again, due to understaffed situation (only 2 ppl in the huge store). I showed the installation guide and brackets to the person, saying we got wrong brackets. She believed, those were correct but then figured out we had been given wrong instructions manual. That would have confused anyone. The bracket had to be fit at a different angle and holes were at a different distance. It became a problem for us and so we had to get into more trouble buying material from Home Depot to close the holes (or else we didn't have space to drill. Eventually they were installed but the overall experience was poor.

Deyia seems like a cool breeze in a dessert. What I mean is that in today's world, where most of the technical people try to over charge and underperform, I found Deyia from this company, to be extremely honest, efficient, smart and great in his job. He is very busy so gave me the date of July 13th but after my request and knowing we have a 6 months old, he specially made time and came a week earlier. He and his colleague we're extremely professional in communication and work. I very highly recommend Deiya. Also, other people quote less and then charge way more after coming in, especially counting the vents and saying the estimate was for less number. Deiya is honest and he stuck to what he had quoted.
