Great service from Austim, the tech who came and looked at our leaking ensuite shower (water had been coming through the ceiling after long showers in our son's bedroom for years...). He did a very long diagnostic assessment, checked many things and 'thankfully' concluded it WASN'T the shower leaking behind the tiled enclosure, but a missing grout and cracked tiles problem. He also gave us great follow-u[ advice if repairing all the grout/ tile didn't work. Very professional. Very efficient. Didn't actually do any plumbing, but worth every dime! We would definitely hire Day & Knight again.

John was a delight to deal with and gave me lots of options not just for getting our forced-air humidifier working again, but how to KEEP it working by incorporating either a descaler or water softener. WE agreed the tech would bring a new humdifier with him and check out the possibilities for a descaler. (We have helath conditioners, and water softeners add a lot of sodium toyour tap water.) Even better.... when Landon, the tech showed up he did a bit of rewiring the FIXED our humidifier (my husband had done a lot of solenoid cleaning to try to get it started again.) We were thrilled - we will definitely use BlackJack again when we do go to a descaler. Highly recommended .
