I called Sam when i first moved into my new house in stouffville. We scheduled a time and he showed up at that time. Install went smooth and Sam was explaining what he was doing as he was doing it. Very polite individual and you can tell he knows what he is doing. Clean and neat job. Once he was done he explained what he did and showed me all the work he did. AC runs very quiet and very smooth. My neighbor got his AC done the same day i got mine through SEARS and his has failed him three times. AC unit is very powerful and very strong. Thanks Sam for the great work. Very professional individual. Stop looking around and go with Phoenix and Air Conditioning .
