When I decided to replace the windows on the front of my century home in downtown Hamilton, I received quotes from 5 different companies. Arcana's price was the best by far and Mark's sales approach was honest, knowledgable and no pressure. In fact, his suggestions regarding related work around my house saved me thousands of dollars. The installation was extremely professional. The installers arrived on schedule, were polite and efficient, removing all materials from the job site and leaving my home clean inside and out. All they left behind were beautifully installed windows.

Tops roofing installed new shingles on my roof in October 2015. This spring (May/June 2018), a few shingles started to buckle and then fall off the roof. I discovered that the plastic was still covering the tar strips, nails were improperly placed and insufficient. This made it a certainty that they would fail. Tops Roofing ignored numerous calls, despite the fact that they signed a contract guaranteeing their labour for 10 years. Very dishonest people.
