We recently had several second-storey windows replaced/installed by Renewal By Anderson. From the initial meeting with Roy (from sales) to the completed installation and follow-up with Nathan, the process was seamless. Communication between all parties was excellent - any questions/concerns were promptly addressed. The Andersen Team Members we worked with clearly have extensive knowledge of the product(s) they are promoting and they exhibited professionalism at every encounter. The install team arrived on time and worked carefully and efficiently throughout the process, completing a thorough clean-up of the work site before they left. The quality and functionality of the windows are immediately evident and make operating them a joy. We are very pleased with our new windows (worth every penny!) and can already feel the reduction in heat they are providing in the rooms upstairs (which can get very warm in the summer months). Mallion Aluminum replaced our eavestroughs with the recommended Leaf Guard system. From my first conversation with Petar, we were impressed with the level of professionalism he exhibited and his knowledge of the process and the product.
