I found the KCS Group on Homestars and was impressed with their high ratings. Kia @ KCS was fast to reply and we closed the estimates for the electrical improvements I wanted to make to my investment property over text. I met two of the KCS team onsite and they proceeded to make the improvements I requested--replacing a old kitchen fixture with a new LED one, replacing old outdoor plugs with modern GFI units with proper weatherproof housing--quickly and effectively. I would happily use Kia and his team again for any electrical work I need.

Alex and his team did a great job painting our investment property as we readied it for sale. We handle most details over text and he was fast and responsive with his pricing and commitment to take on the job. Alex started the job and kept me posted of his progress by sending pictures over text. When I was able to come into town to inspect everything, he carefully walked through each element of his work. I was pleased with his progress and even gave him some extra scope, which he gladly agreed to take on. I returned on the second day of the job, as things wrapped up. Very happy with the results and recommend the AAMB team highly. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

I was alerted to a large wasp nest growing on my property by a neighbour. I called Pesticon having worked with them on another pest issue a few years ago. Happily, they were able to visit my property within two hours of my call, despite it being the Friday afternoon of a long weekend! Kamran H arrived promptly at the time indicated by the dispatcher and was great! He walked me through the removal process and answered my questions before proceeding. I first met KC by finding his positive reviews on Homestars and having him finish some small jobs at my rental property. So impressed was I by KC's communication, honesty and commitment to even these small items that when I decided to renovate the main level of the rental property, KC was going to be the only contractor for me. The main level renovation centered on the kitchen and a half bedroom that was being converted to a laundry room, complete with in-suite appliances. KC's team tore down the old kitchen cabinets, removed the old flooring from both rooms and installed the new flooring (ceramic tile) in a few short days. We had another source for the kitchen cabinets and counters so KC's team returned once these elements were installed to hookup all the appliances (including creating a new dryer vent) complete final electrical and plumbing. The photos speak for themselves but what impressed me most was KC's constant communication, which is key when work is being done on a rental and I'm not there daily to check in on things. He was checking in with me daily to ensure I was up-to-date and apprised of any challenges. He and his crew worked evenings and weekends to ensure dates were met, despite some work having to be performed twice owing to mistakes by the cabinet installers. I can't speak more highly of KC and his team. I strongly recommend them and look forward to working with him again.

The front door to my house was aging quite badly and of particular concern was that the lock was starting to fall apart. George assessed the project, which was rather tricky in that a new custom door was needed. He provided an accurate estimate and estimated time of door manufacture. Within the six weeks he quoted, the new door was ready for installation. He came and completed the installation work within a few hours, explaining each point with detail and professionalism. The new door is a vast improvement over the old in every respect. I recommend his firm without qualification and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any door or lock need I may have in the future.

Used this company based on the excellent ratings it received on this site. The gas stove installation was done right with the technician being fast, courteous and considerate enough to show me all the details of his work. I recommend them highly and already have booked an appointment with the firm for my annual furnace maintenance.
