Called Ronal of FGS to check out a brand new shower floor installed by another contractor. Grout was cracking and failing badly-see picture # 1. Ronal determined it was due to the substructure of the installation being done incorrectly and entire floor needed to be redone. Ronal and his son, Andres removed old floor, installed new one without any damage to shower walls. They were polite, worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. The new shower floor is simply perfect (picture 2)-thank you Ronal and Andres! Highly recommend FGS.

We were in the middle of a bathroom Reno and needed a longstanding major squeak fixed which had plagued us for years. We wanted it attended to as old floor tile had been removed, the floor was bare and before installing new tile. We called Leo from Squeakknights on a long weekend and he accommodated us on short notice. Leo himself attended to our call for help and with his expertise were able to find that the annoying noise did not originate from the floor as suspected, but instead it was the frame, holding a pocket door which was rubbing against the subfloor. Once the source of the noise was diagnosed, Leo quickly came up with a fix-and voila, the squeak disappeared. Thank you Leo for coming out so quickly and fixing our problem for good.
