Our 10 year old gas hot water heater was leaking and had thermostat issues. Baldwin and the team at Pacific Home Comfort removed the old heater, and at our request installed the new heater in a more convenient location in our basement. This included removal of an unused laundry sink and rerouting of all the gas, electrical and vent piping. Their install work is flawless and fast, and they left the work area more clean than when they arrived. Outstanding work and amazing customer service.

Excellent workmanship, incredibly fast availability, and the most outstanding customer service. Baldwin and the team at Pacific Home Comfort installed central air conditioning in our new home and have continued to support us with service and maintenance over the years. We have referred them to family members who have had equally positive experiences and continue to use their services as they move onto new homes.
