We contacted several contractors to give us an estimate on a fibreglass entrance door. We knew from our initial meeting with Luca that his company would be the one we'd go with for several reasons: 1. Luca was knowledgeable and probably responded to any text messages or questions that I had regarding the installation of the door. 2. Initially, we had Luca come and quote us for Windows for the Spring of 2021. He was the only contractor who came with a tape measure and thoroughly measured each window on the inside and outside. You could tell his attention to detail from the initial meeting as he was quite meticulous and precise. 3. On the day of installation, he arrived promptly. He explained the whole process at varies points throughout the day. He was very good about sending us updates throughout the whole process (ie, staining the door, the glass inserts). He cleaned up the job site afterwards. The finished product was amazing. I can't stop looking at our new door. I have very high standards for precision and attention to detail. Luca exceeded them. We contracted Century Paving to remove our old asphalt driveway and replace it with a new one. We contacted several companies before hiring Century Paving to complete the work. Century Paving offered a competitive quote (not the highest but not the lowest either). Alex was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. He was 100% responsive to all texts, phone calls and questions that we had with the driveway. He worked with Westview Paving to complete the paving of the driveway. He is knowledgeable about the paving process and was transparent throughout the whole time. He would notify us when the job was scheduled to be completed and took the time to explain how to best care for the asphalt afterwards. Alex was also present during the excavation of the old driveway and laying of the new driveway. He was good about making sure the area was cleaned up afterwards. We had a positive experience working with Century Paving. Thanks Alex for making our driveway look amazing!

I recently hired Monarchy Roofing to complete our metal roof project. We had 5 other companies quote us for a metal roof and there was quite a variation in pricing Monarchy Roofing wasn't the cheapest company but I firmly believe you get what you pay for. After meeting with Alex, I was confident that this was the company we would go for. #1: Alex is an absolute pleasure to work with. He has an engineering background and is quite knowledgeable about metal roofing and how it is designed. He is also patient and responds immediately to any question or concern that you may have. He was easy to reach throughout the entire project and reached out to us to discuss the progress of the project. We had the gutters replaced as well. We ran into a few complications with the gutter systems as the job was more difficult than expected. Alex made sure that he coordinated any requests with the company supplying the gutters to ensure the job was done well and to our satisfaction. This level of customer service is hard to find in today's market. #2: The product that the company supplies is Ruuki from Finland. If you look online you will find that this is the best quality metal you can find. We went with the extra GreenCoat Pural Coating. It was slightly more expensive but it adds more in terms of warranty and performance. All of their products are great. Each piece of metal is stamped with the Ruuki name so you know that the material you paid for is what you are getting. Some other companies will say they supply a particular metal; however, most often the material they show up with is not stamped with a company name for your piece of mind. #3: The installation team is top-notch. Alex and the rest of the installation team worked for 6 days to complete this job. They were clean, meticulous and hard-working. They would even work until 8 at night! They made sure there were only 1-2 entry points on the roof and put down a cloth under the ladder to ensure that the gutters wouldn't be damaged. The team clearly knew what they were doing and had an efficient system. #4. The metal roof has made a noticeable difference in the temperature upstairs. I was skeptical at first about how well it would regulate the temperature. After the last several humid days we had, it was noticeable colour on the second floor. Some people are concerned about noise. I haven't noticed any noise difference when it rains. We are incredibly satisfied with the roof that is on our house. We did extensive research and are confident that this company stands out from all the rest in terms of service, product and value. Several neighbours have already commented on how well built this metal roof looks compared to some of the other ones they have seen. I contracted Purple Properties Inc a few years back to complete our backyard patio and garden. I was thrilled with the work they performed back then and Rowan is one of the most honest and professional contractors I have ever dealt with. The true measure of a contractor's value is their willingness to complete a repair under warranty. Over the past few years, there was some minor settling of some of the Pavers (to be expected with our harsh Canadian winters). I contacted Rowan and as soon as it was safe to due so (given current COVID-19 restrictions), he sent out a crew of two guys to fix the uneven Pavers. The workers were polite and accommodating. The patio looks amazing and more importantly, we didn't have to go through the hassle of multiple call backs. Rowan was prompt to respond and prompt to send out a crew. This is what you need to be certain of when you hire a contractor. Rowan and his company are by far the best out there. I look forward to future renovations with Rowan and his outstanding company. We had contacted several contractors over a 6 month period to start our backyard renovations. Several contractors with similar ratings on Home Stars didn't even call us back. From the start, Rowan Henry was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He made you feel that our project was his own backyard renovation. He was prompt to reply to our initial request for a quote and continued to give us unprecedented customer service as we worked with him to design our patio. As the process went along, it was evident that Rowan was extremely knowledgeable about his business. It was easy to place our trust in his work and company. We would highly recommend Rowan and Creative Gardens to anyone considering renovations. Throughout the design process, there were a few occasions where the patio design was altered from our original design. Rowan and Jerome immediately discussed the changes they needed to make in order to make our vision a reality. It is expected that there may be some discrepancies between plans and the final product. It's how the contractor responds to any changes is the true test. Without any hesitation, Creative Gardens came through and provided us with the patio we dreamed of. Also, the team of workers were outstanding. They were courteous, pleasant to talk with and extremely neat. They went above and beyond our expectations for cleanliness and attention to detail. Rowan worked very hard to keep us within budget; which is always challenging. He looked for alternative solutions and priced out other options while still delivering a high quality product and workmanship. Clearly the construction was just as important to Rowan. We look forward to having Creative Gardens back in the spring to finish off our Garden. Overall, the experience with Rowan and the Creative Garden Team was an exceptional one.
