From the initial phone call to Neethan who took the time to listen to my concerns and request to have my eaves cleaned and an empty nest removed to the email communication between myself and Irene where the email replies were prompt to the superb job that Neethan's crew carried out on the day of cleaning. Thank you Pierre and your colleague who noted the loose fascia that needed to be secured. A video of the work was sent to me confirming the needed repair. Highly skilled team. They were polite and worked diligently and took care of the home by cleaning up afterwards. I also requested for some dried out vines to be removed from the side of the house that were just below the fascia. The team were very careful and did an excellent job. Due to the temperamental strong wind gusts that have occurred in the last year and having lost various shingles on my rooftop, I hired Michael from Quality First Roofing for a consultation and complete inspection. I have no regrets hiring Michael and his excellent staff. I initially spoke to Tetyana and explained my concerns. Michael called me back very quickly to arrange an appointment and he arrived exactly as scheduled. I found Michael very knowledgeable, very honest and genuine. Instead of telling me I needed a new roof, Michael pointed out various shingles that needed replacing and some other minor repairs and sealing necessary to prolong the longevity of my roof for a few more years. He is a high quality professional and took before and after photos to show me the work completed. Michael even pointed out and took the time to take photos of my aging chimney that needed to be addressed. Reasonably priced. When it comes time to completely change my rooftop shingles, I have no hesitations contacting Quality First Roofing. Thank you Michael and staff.

I recently hired Quality Potlight Inc. for some electrical work on our home which included grounding many outlets both inside and outside the home. I have no regrets hiring Moe and his excellent team for the job. When I initially called Moe and explained what was needed to be done, he was very thorough on the phone, requested some photos, then explained step be step the work involved. Moe contacted me the morning of our appointment and his crew showed up exactly on time. Nima and David worked very well together. They are both high quality professionals. Very knowledgeable and patient. They answered all of my questions. They were respectful of our home and took care by cleaning up after themselves. They noted some imperfections in some of the existing electrical work and took their time repairing to ensure its safety. The price was reasonable. I definitely will not hesitate to use their services again should i need to in future.
