This was a massive project on an old house. We wanted a team to remove all the old stucco, which had asbestos in it, add exterior insulation, and add new siding to the house that would last for a long time. We looked at a lot of companies but they all wanted to cut corners, such as installing everything on top of the stucco. Dustin and his team came up with a plan, and managed all the work. They found an abatement company to remove the stucco, and did all the other work while facing all the challenges of an old house. It was not an easy process but Dustin and his team did an amazing job and now it feels like we have a new house!

Bought a house that had a 20 year old hot water tank which was also a rental. the people from Menard helped us deal with returning the old tank, they removed it, dealt with the majority of that paperwork. Then they installed a tank. They did a great job, they had to run some new lines and made sure to put plenty of quarter-turn shut off valves which is great in case of any issues. They also refused to install the tank they had received because it had a dent. They called the manufacturer and made sure to get a new one delivered. The cost of installing the tank was fixed, rather than by the hour, so this didn't cost me anything extra, but it did cost them time, so I appreciated that. We will for sure hire them in the future to take care of some other minor jobs re: furnace and AC.

We bought an older house and of course, it had some asbestos. Some of it is more long term like some tiles, and some popcorn ceilings, but there were some panels around the furnace that looked like they were in rough shape so we wanted to remove sooner rather than later. Let me start with the positive, the service was great. Everyone was always very nice, very polite, and the work was done well and very efficiently. I would trust them to do work on my house again for sure. The less positive, was there was a lot of disorganization. The first issue, which I totally understand, was that the initial date that was booked had to be moved because of a large industrial project that came in. That was fine. The technician came in at the second agreed upon date and the work was done quickly. The second issue was however.. I had to chase the company to pay them. I emailed, and I called, it took a couple of months to even get a hold of them, and then they had lost my invoice, so they had no record of the job, they had to dig through to even find our work request. Eventually got the invoice and paid for the service. I also have did not receive the certificate saying that a qualified asbestos removal had taken place, not a big deal to me, but still tied to how disorganized the end of the process was. I would still recommend this company and I would use them again, just must be prepared to deal with some of the issues around it.

I bought an older house (1930s) and the inspector said there might be aluminum wiring that would need to be pigtailed. Richard was able to come give the house a look and give me an estimate right away and within 4 days I had two of his guys in my house. He also told me that some of the things noted by the inspector can wait, so instead of trying to push to sell me more service, he actually tried to make sure I got what I needed. They worked all day, from 9 to almost 4, no breaks, and confirmed that there was no aluminum wiring but replaced at least 12 ungrounded outlets with gfci, installed a bathroom fan and did the rough in electrical work for a whole bathroom, moved an outlet that was too close to the kitchen counter, fixed some wiring that was coming through the floor and going back on the wall. We were very happy with the service and will A) recommend their service to our friends B) call them again to finish a couple of things in the next few weeks. Great service at a great price. 1.6k for two guys includes taxes and materials used. Can't beat that.
