Before we decided on renovating our basement, we know we needed some help in finding out what we can and can't do. So we hired Ralph to come and give us some advice. He spent a week coming up with all the options that are feasible for our needs.

My house was gutted top to bottom. Benjamin Electric LTD. was referred to me by a friend. Benjamin Electric LTD. are extremely professional and gave me some really great advice as well. Work was done on time.

I got my central AC installed through Klassen Heating LTD. They're very friendly and easy going. The work was top notch. I've shop around for prices and found them to be competitive. I would recommend to my friends here at HomeStars

I would avoid using them unless you have lots of time to waste. They are so slow. If you've been to the office you'll understand why. Very disorganize. I think the worst part about them is that they never reply to your emails or phone calls.

My Maytag washer broke down after 2 years. Found Priority Appliance on the internet. They sent someone out the following day and found the problem to be a malfunction pump because a 25cent got into it and wreck the propeller. The part needed to be ordered in. They returned with the part and finished the repair the following week. A couple weeks later, water was leaking from the back. it turns out they didn't tuck the water hoes in far enough and it eventually came lose after a few use. I think their service is good, wish they would pay more close attention to the miner stuff.

They were quick to give me a quote and had great attitude. They had missed the promise date to give me the drawing by one day but has apologized 100 times so i felt okay.

They installed all the bathroom mirrors (as large as 4'x10') and shower doors. They were on time and price was good compare to other companies. Installation was done very professionally. I would use them again in the future.

From what i know, this company is run by the owner Jack and his partner. His partner is a great guy with awesome attention-to-details, however, the owner himself is the complete opposite. I wish his partner had done all the work on my house instead of splitting the work between the two of them because CLEARLY, you can the difference between their craftsmanship. I tried getting the owner, Jack, to fix his sloppy work but he refuses to. I gave up calling back and hired someone else to fix his lousy work.

They had a wonderful selection of tiles at a very reasonable price. My tile installer sent me there to pick the tiles and told me to use his account when ordering the tiles so i can get the same discounts he gets. Turns out to be an awesome deal at the end.
