Within the week, a rep called me, came out to my house to show me the alarm system, how it works, what different add-ons (such as key fobs) were available, and pricing structures. Withing a few weeks, the service tech was installing the system in my house. He wore booties inside my house, was very courteous, and was very fast. I was told it would be a half day job because of all the wires he had to run. But he was actually finished within a fwe hours, and I am very happy with the system. We have accidentally set off the alarm a few times, and their response time in calling us is within 30 seconds.

Our 15 year old water heater stopped working one morning. We called Wah Fai and they were at our house with the water heater we wanted within 2 hours. Installation was super fast and professional. Everything was tested before they left. The pricing was fantastic and we didn't have to be without water all day as I had thought.

Delivery was astoundingly affordable. Since I was paying for delivery, I picked up plywood, drywall and a bunch of other materials I needed for some upcoming projects. The price of delivery was the same. They did not charge me more to deliver the extra materials. They called ahead on the day of delivery to let me know they would be there in an hour. Delivery was fast and very professional. The driver unloaded everthing into my garage in under 10 minutes. Service at the store was top notch, super friendly and very helpful. The salesperson was running around helping me find everything I needed for my projects.

The guys installing our furance were very fast and efficient. They were in and out in no time at all. The furnace works great and it was a great deal. They showed us all the switches and parts we should pay attention to, how to change the filter and how to light the pilot light. They were very attention and detail oriented and I would recommend them.

The estimator came out to tell us about their products and to give me a quote. He was very friendly and professional. Closer to the installation date, the installer came to inspect the area to make sure they would work. Installation was very fast and professional. The cleanup was superb. I would highly recommend Centra.
