I had to use Aire Serv Guelph through a Lowes extended protection plan for my hot water heater. January 19th Aire Serv was called out by the insurance provider and assessed my hot water heater for a water leak. The original assessment appointment was addressed well, and the service tech was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. This is where my positive review ends. The repair tech verbally told me that he would put in the paperwork for replacing my tank likely by end of day January 19th, and to provide me by email a copy of the paperwork and a quotation for supply and installation of a new hot water heater. It is now January 31st, and I have received NOTHING from Aire Serv. I have left several phone messages with the Aire Serv phone admin, and NOTHING has been received from the company. If this is any indication of how Aire Serv manages customer support and how they manage their company, I recommend NOT using them for any services.

Helmutz installed a residential interlock patio in June 2017. I requested a repair at the end of June 2017 which was inadequate. I requested further repairs (interlock has sunk) in Feb. 2018 and it has yet to be addressed (over 3 months and counting) in accordance with the product warranty. The installation crew were great to deal with during the project, but the company's customer service following payment is very unprofessional.
