I called Owen and explained the problem. He seemed to know exactly what the problem was with our air conditioner. He scheduled us in between jobs and had the problem fixed in 20 minutes. The part was still under warranty and he took care of all the required paperwork. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I have no hesitation in recommending him and plan to have him return in the fall to service our furnace.
