I've had a similar experience to others here. Good pre sales service and very responsive if they think they're going to sell you something. My daughter broke some of the levers and we've called for 3 months now for servicing. Finally, we decided to doop them into thinking that we were interested in purchasing more blinds just to get them to come out. Now, they have our blinds, and 3 weeks later no response at all. Am considering legal action against these fraudsters. Advice - caveat emptor: buyer be ware!!
