The installer (I'm sorry, I can't recall his name) did an excellent job, removed all old eavestroughs and debris and accommodated owners special request to create additional downspout troughs for the water barrels. He truly wanted to do a great job. Stephanie at the office helped me throughout the process in working between the installer and accounting. She was very helpful, courteous and pleasant.
