Hearing horror stories about the recent potency of bed bugs from friends and relatives, we installed a few traps under our beds at our condo as a precaution a few months ago. And long and behold one day we caught a live one in our trap. We acted quickly and reported it to building management, and they recommended GTA pest control. We were able to get in touch with them really quickly and was able to set a date for the inspection/ extermination. GTA pest control was very responsive throughout the entire process, answering our pressing questions and telling us how to handle items in the house during the treatment phase. On the day of the appointment, Ian showed up to have our place treated, he was very courteous and respectful of our condo space, one thing we noticed was that he immediately took off his shoes upon entering the apartment, which means a lot to us as clean freaks. He was very friendly and answered more of our pressing questions before doing an initial inspection and treated our place. They promised to come back for another treatment if we notice anything within 60 days, it has been a week now and I have to say so far so good, but we will continue our monitoring. Even after the treatment, I texted Kevin for some additional questions and he actually called me back directly to answer them, which is much appreciated.
