Troy from GTA Wildlife Removal took a picture of the roof top site and explained the issue and charged only 100/- for the visit. As we could not reach the roof top to assess the situation, we had to bank on his honesty and he did the work as expected. Sincere and good work.
Friendly demeanor and very respectful. Wish more people were like him in this world.
