Hello it's Kevin, thanks for taking the time to write this review. This was for bed bugs. This treatment required a few call backs. However when we removed the mattress with a insect proof cover. Then the job was done. The bed bugs isolated themselves within the cover causing re infestation. Leave no stone overlooked. Aggressive approach always is best. " Fitz,, we may have to follow up with these units. Thanks Big Kev
