Kevin has come once a year three years in a row since we moved into our semi-detached home at Dundas Street West and Dufferin. In this neighbourhood, vermin are common - we often see dead mice and dead rats in the allies. When we first bought this house and was doing renovations, upon tearing down ceilings or cabinetry, we found mountains of mouse poop, so this house used to have a very serious infestation. First visit by Kevin, he baited the house thoroughly, and the frequency of new mice droppings disappeared. We have him come once a year to check bait and rebait if necessary. Ever since then we have been a mouse free house!
