This company did an excellent job! But, when it was done they added $210 to the proposed price of $4550, for Ice and Water shield. I had assumed this was included in the original price, both from the wording in the proposal and the sample included with it (and it was, in any case, not optional). I asked the person who did the estimate, but he never came back with a response. The lady in the office thought this perfectly normal. Secondly, without asking us, they did a garden shed, which was only a year old, and which was clearly stated in the proposal as an optional extra. We settled on paying only half the cost of $308 for that. It didn't help that the person doing the estimates, the one in the office and the one collecting the payment, are 3 different people. So be careful to check what is and is not included in the quoted price.
