Granito Interiors No Longer In Business

Walked into a showroom I recognized driving by, was approached by Julie who helped me out, she was amazing, she also educated me on granite and different types of stone. Few day later a templater came in as was scheduled. The next day I spoke with Diana who went over the finalizing of my appointment to get kitchen installed, everything was as she promised my counter was installed on the date set and I must say I was very satisfied with a job well done. I had given referrals to family and friend who also went in and had there counter tops done.

I had a kitchen renovation project and was stressing over time and cost. I found this company to be very helpful, on budget and received all product in a timely manner. Thank you!

Having no idea how one would go about starting the process of choosing a granite countertop, i walked into Granito, after being referred by a cousin of mine, and all my apprehensions where put to ease. Being a successful family run business, I immediately felt a warmth about the atmosphere being greeted by both sisters, Julie and Diana. Julie, having a background in interior decorating and a flare for colours, asked me a few questions then whisked me to the back factory to choose from a selection of slabs she insisted would work. I was impressed by their tidy and high tech fabrication facility. Having a little hesitation on my stone selection, Julie made an appointment to visit my home for a consultation. She came the same week and we chose my colour. The templater came out the following week and 10 days later i had my countertop installed by their installers. I have recommended Granito to many friends and family who some have already contracted their work out to and have been just as pleased. Granito should be your only choice for countertops.

Walked into this friendly showroom and greeted by Julie-an amazing salesrep with amazing color ideas and amazing taste! She helped to completely transform my kitchen in my new house and helped with my color palette in the vanities throughout my house aswell. Extremely professional and extremely helpful-I will be recommending this company to my family and friends! Great prices also-very competitive!

-late with everything-templating, delivery, installation
-actual price 30% higher then quote, but deposite was not refundable so forced to go with this company.
-Templating not accurate so installers struggled and needed almost a full day to install...whole section of edging missing
-delivery postponed 3 times (usually the day of), thus missed numerous days from work
-delivery guys came in middle of night one time to try and deliver and install
-company would not return phone calls until I called them 3 times for each issue (many of them)
-countertops nice but edging not, had numerous cracks and needed 'filling in'--which is still noticeable
-missing pieces from the sink that we had also purchased
-countertop has since cracked almost in half (we have never put lg amt of weight nor dropped anything on it to cause this) and I still can't get anyone from Ganito to return my phone calls
