We wanted a natural gas line installed for our BBQ. We called many companies and no one would even visit to give us an estimate. We suspected that having an older home with a finished basement was the reason. Perhaps these companies thought our job involved cutting through finished ceiling and the like but we knew that it didn't. Nick was the only one who meaningfully followed up with us via email and telephone, visited, provided an estimate, and then returned to complete a very EASY job.
