Nick was amazing! I had Enbridge in to look at the installation of a new furnace. In the process they shut off my gas fireplace due to a small gas leak. Another company would not consider repairing it. and quoted $25,000+ to replace the existing fireplace . Nick requested photos of the Enbridge tag and a close up of the damaged valve. Metrowest was the only company I contacted to request photos. With receipt of the photos Nick quoted $350. to fix the leak. Upon arrival, Nick took the time to explain to me because of the age of the insert he suggested a new one, for approximately $2,000, a far cry from the $25,00 quoted by the other company. Nick also offered to proceed fixing the existing one, but with no guarantee he could fix it. Nick explained the options and his reservation extremely clearly. He fixed it! I highly recommend Metrowest!
