Excellent job! Serge was very professional, on time, polite, thorough and worked very steadily. He did an excellent job - wish all contractors were like Serge. It was wonderful having him on our work site. Cannot recommend him highly enough. He exceeded our expectations and the job is done better than we ever thought it would be. We are very appreciative. After getting a number of quotes, Serge and All County Aluminum not only gave the best, fair price but also demonstrated that they know what they're doing. When a small issue came up during install, Serge quickly took ownership and made it right. Even after this tough winter, everything looks as new as the day it was installed.

We have used All County Aluminum twice and have had great experiences both times. Serge exceeded our expectations on the project and added some extra details that really made our house look nice. He also completed the project on schedule and within budget.

Serge did a great job clearing a lot of snow from our flat roof. Also did some nice work fixing our aluminum siding which was damaged. Excellent piece of work especially considering the bitter cold.

Serge did a great job and was kind enough to leave me 3 sections of downspout and elbows at no charge as I need to modify one downspout to run along a new fence in the spring. He also talked me out of doing some other upgrades on siding that would have cost me large. He's a straight shooter, highly recommended.

Serge and his crew are the best at what they do. We started with a reasonable and well-explained estimate from Serge. He talked us out of an expensive and unnecessary product (larger size eavestroughs), and he sold us on a product that we are now glad to have (leaf guard system) without being pushy. The work itself was done quickly and cleanly, and it looks and works great (we have a large, complicated roof too). Although we had concerns about one small section of the job after it was finished (a downspout), Serge handled it like a true professional and responded to us immediately. He basically said to us 'Look, I think it's going to work fine, but if you have concerns, I will come back and make the changes you want because I care about your long-term satisfaction.' That is a rare quality to find, and we really appreciate that we hired All County. Overall, one of the best home-improvement experiences we've had.

Serge and his crew were great! Professional, prompt, fair pricing, and very responsive to all of my concerns. The first rain after they installed the eaves troughs, I found a small leak at a join. I emailed Serge and he got back to me right away, sent his crew out and they fixed it, immediately. If I had to do it all over again (which I won't have to because of the quality product and installation), I would not hesitate to call Serge again! Thank you!

Serge quoted us a price to replace our eavestrough on the house and add it to the garage. When we asked to add a diverter for a rain barrel during the project, he was able to source the parts needed and install them. He was able to keep everything on budget and on time. We were very happy with the job he did.

Serge and his team were wonderful to work with. They installed three windows for us, replaced the soffit and eavestrough across the back of our house and replaced the siding. They started and finished on time and the project was on budget. They explained what they were doing as they progressed. Of particular note, when Serge realized the stock siding was a different pattern than our existing siding, he made the effort to source the correct product while the job was underway. He managed to get a small quantity (without a special order) so that he could finish our job as promised. Would definitely recommend All Country Aluminum.

We contacted Serge after we saw All County working on a project in our neighbourhood. From our 1st correspondence over the phone to the completion of the project, Serge showed true professionalism and his workmanship was fantastic. I’ve dealt with many contractors in the past, and Serge by far was one of the best to deal with. He is polite, courteous and most importantly, true to his word. He completed everything to spec, within the timeframe quoted, and kept to the budget originally agreed upon. Our new eaves troughs eliminated our previous water issues and our new siding looks awesome.
