All County Aluminum

I cannot tell you how glad we are that we chose All County Aluminum to do the renovations to our home. We hired them to install new insulation and siding, as well as some new windows and custom front and patio doors. We are thrilled with the results. Serge and his crew are definitely the best contractors we have ever worked with. We live in a 100 year old semi in the Beach area and every project we have undertaken in the past has been full of nasty surprises. And I am sure that once Serge and his crew 'opened it up', the house presented them with a lot of challenges. But he took it all in stride and solved every problem. Serge's attention to detail and focus on getting it right is amazing. His crew is extremely professional - arriving on time, meeting all commitments and cleaning up every day. I highly recommend them and would hire them again in a second. We are just sorry All County does not do internal renovations as we could sure use their excellent work inside the house as well.

Unlike so many other contractors I got to quote, or tried to get to quote, Serge answers his phone and shows up on time. He does a good job for a good price, and is a nice guy. Take advantage of all the legwork I did to find such a great contractor.

We were very happy with Serge and All Country. He had a competitive bid and did the work on time and on budget. I would easily use them again and would certainly recommend them.

We had an inferior leaf guard solution, poorly fitted some years ago, and so inevitably, gutters were filling with debris from overhanging trees and not functioning. Serge identified a couple of design/fitting issues with our existing gutters, and proposed what we we needed to do to put things right and then have a working leaf guard in place. Excellent experience from start to finish - on time, on price, great job. If only all contractors met these standards! Highest recommendation with no hesitation.

We contacted a number of companies for quotes in 2011, but did not start the project until 2014. We contacted Serge to re-quote because, at the initial visit, we appreciated his professionalism and his level of knowledge. We were extremely impressed that Serge still had all his measurements and notes from the initial visit and he honoured his initial quote.

The order process with Serge went very smoothly and all of our siding was ready on the timeline requested. Unfortunately, as with most renos on 100+ year old houses, the small job that my husband and I did to get ready for the siding, uncovered a much larger issue that needed to be resolved first. Our small 1-2 week project snowballed into 6-month project, with Serge and his team having to warehouse all of our siding, waiting for the project to be completed.
Throughout the 6-month project, Serge was patient, understanding, and professional. When we were finally ready for the siding, Serge and his team completed the project efficiently, with quality workmanship, on time, and on budget.

Serge replaced eave troughs throughout our house in July 2014. From the first contact he was very professional (returned phone calls promptly,arrived on time to do the estimate, answered all my questions through email) and a pleasure to work with. They did a beautiful job replacing all of the eaves (and the price was excellent) and the downspouts throughout the house. They also worked extra hard to fix some issues with our deck roof to fit the eaves properly, which was much appreciated. The site was cleaned after the job and Serge even followed up after the first rain to see that everything worked perfectly,which it did. Thank you!
