It was a pleasure working with Serge on getting new storm windows installed to replace our extreamly old ones. Serge was always prompt in communicating with me about what needed to be done, and what the timeline of the project would look like.
We had other work to be done on the house at the same time, and Serge was very accommodating about working around those projects.
The installation was smooth and the new windows look great.
From start to finish I am happy with the experience and don't hesitate in recommending him
