Six months ago we used this mover. Promised 1 truck in contract. Day of move two trucks showed up. Three tired movers. They scratched my floor and did a horrible job.

Sorry about the $65.00 scratch on your floor, I did give you free replacement value insurance with a $150.00 deductible so I understand the frustration, I also did give you a guaranteed price. Its unfortunate you didn't call me 6 month ago to discuss this. I sent 2 trucks at my expense to speed up the move. Brent
