We live in Swan Lake Village in Markham and have been enjoying the awning over our patio. We decided to hire Necker to install an awning over our deck. They did an EXCELLENT job. Cherry came to our home and did the measuring, and gave us a quote and an estimated installation date. The quote was exact and the awning was installed sooner than expected. A few weeks later our old awning over the patio was damaged in a sudden, heavy rain storm. We call Necker again and Cherry suggested that the company could replace the old canvas and any of the broken hardware and use the existing hardware to reduce both the cost and the unnecessary garbage. Within a week we had a the awning replaced and in excellent working order. We can now enjoy two awnings installed by Necker. This company is excellent. I have asked for a supply of their business cards so others who are looking to install an awning will also have a satisfactory experience.
