"Free included vent cleaning" with the purchase of a filter ends up being billed for the filter and the cleaning all at full price.
I am on a fixed income but a child with asthma makes this type of service essential. Unfortunately, these evil people prey on our desire to help our kids, double charging and acting like they care about anything but getting your credit card.
This business is built on underhanded business practices using employees without morals. They know what they're doing alright. Hold on to your wallets!
