There's no doubt these guys do a great job. I waited 3 or 4 months for them to get to my roof, but the crew sent was huge, there were four layers of shingles to strip, and the work site was kept immaculate. The roof looks great.
The one quibble I have was with a back mud room. The shingles on it were new, but Jason said because of the low pitch, it should be treated as a flat roof. I agreed, even though, as I said, the shingles were fine. I signed the quote. Then when the guys came to do the roof, apparently the quote was for shingles and treating it as a flat roof would be extra. This made no sense to me. In the end, it didn't matter because the wood was all rotten and needs to be torn down. I was still charged the full quote of $13,000 which was way higher than any other quote I got for just the main roof.
So, I'd give them 10/10 for quality, but 7/10 for pulling the "flat roof is extra" switcheroo. I felt like I'd been had.
