Thanks for the review Paula and for choosing A Perfect Pick Locksmiths. If memory serves me correctly, you were having trouble locking and unlocking the deadbolt on your main entrance. You thought that the lock might have needed to be replaced. We actually found that with the severe temperatures that Toronto has experienced lately that the frame around your door had shifted. We removed some material from your frame and had the lock working the way that it should. Our service call which includes the first half hour of labour is all it took to straighten that problem out for you. We won't sell you anything you don't need and yes we are an accredited A+ Better Business Bureau Member since 2007.
