Furniture and many other items of clothing and personal effects in an apartment in a large building were contaminated by bed bugs. They were all wrapped up in plastic or strong garbage bags for disposal. The team of Lucas and Janic from Rid-Of-It Toronto, wearing protective safety clothing, removed everything efficiently. They were quick and they were polite and I appreciated their work.

These guys were fantastic! Had a back yard full of old furniture, reno waste and accumulated junk and I can't believe how quickly they were able to load it all up. They were punctual, super efficient and very respectful of my property. Will need a similar service in the near future for another property and will definitely use them again.

We have used this service twice - once in Toronto and once in Markham. Their crews show up on schedule, work efficiently and without damaging the surrounding home. Kudos to Rick, Garrison and Lucas. We highly recommend them.

Rescued, again! Many thanks to Lucas and Chris for the effort they put into clearing out three rooms of surplus furniture, window a/c and freezer accumulated over the past half century. This is the third time I have used Rid Of It to clean up after my projects. The work is scheduled promptly; the crew arrives when expected; the removals are handled efficiently and carefully. Now I have space free to redecorate!

The following items required removal: rotting logs, carpet, rug, wooden pieces with nails, and a large travel trunk. Garrison + Chris arrived on time and I appreciated that. They were friendly but business-like - they were there to get the job done. They removed all items originally requested and allowed me to add another item. The price of removal was very reasonable - in fact better than what I expected. I will hire them again without hesitation and will provide their company name to anyone I know who wants to get rid of junk. I wish all of the companies with whom I've dealt were as professional and accommodating as they are.

I tore down my deck to discover a generation's worth of reno debris stashed away under it. Wood, stone, brick, dirt and more, they took it all! Garrison and Chris even crawled under the remaining deck to get at some hidden junk. Great service; I'll be calling them again very soon.

Roman Lucas and his assistant arrived when they said they would and very quickly had all the trash and items for disposal left over from the move of the other organization we shared with removed. Very professional. We look forward to using them for our own move in a week.

Hired them because of a summer sale. When Lucas and Roman arrived they informed us there would be a weight fee. We agreed to it and after googling I see that many other people were unaware of this hidden fee. I double checked the website and it's not written anywhere.

Lucas and Roman did a fine job. However, I feel that the company should advertise these things, at least a notification that a weight fee is a possibility. No one mentioned anything on the phone, and we explained what we were getting rid of.

While the service was fine, I doubt I would recommend them because of the hidden fees. It's "sneaky" for a business, and I prefer upfront service.
