Gordon & Josh arrived at my home early. They were friendly and professional throughout their time on the job. Both of them were able to remove a huge amount of clutter from my basement in an efficient manner. These two guys did not stop working until the job was done and kept me posted as to how much space was used in the truck so that I did not over pay.
I will call 1-800-rid-of-it for my next job. Gordon & Josh are fantastic!

Rick and his partner met us at the condo. Everything was organized within 24 hours of the first phone call. There was a fridge / stove / couch and a few smaller items. Entire process was painless and the boys showed up right on time. They were very friendly and were super easy to deal with. I will be using them in the future.

Garrison & Paul just finished removing a ton of office furniture and clutter from a space that needed to be vacated asap. I was very impressed on how professional they both were through the whole process. They did exactly what they said they would do, and for a much more competitive price than other companies with the word junk in their name. I think many investors or Landlords would be very happy to deal with Rid-of-it in commercial applications, and they obviously have good value in residential uses. They made the whole process go smooth as silk and l would highly recommend these guys for any job, big or small.

Gordon and Josh just finished the job and all I can say is “WOW!!”. They were very courteous and work like a well-oiled machine. And they were most enthusiastic about fitting it all into one load. They must be magicians as they somehow managed to fit it all in one truck...truly amazing!

Paul & Garrison were fast and efficient in getting rid of our junk. Things to plan if you intend to use there service:
1. Call and check what they accept and what they dont
2. Plan your elevator booking as the time frame they share is for their arrival and not getting rid of the stuff

Paul and Gordon came over and worked hard to get it all done in an hour. They had two dismantle two large kid's bedroom sets but did and made sure it fit in the load. Well done.

Call in to set up the pick up was handled very well. The team of Garrison & Dave T called with plenty of notice of arrival allowing us to prep any last minute items. The boys were super professional and the load was gone in 10 minutes. Super easy all around. The truck art is cool, so it doesn't feel grubby having the trucks at your home. Great work!

We had a garage packed to the brim of old household items. Along with some bigger bulkier items. They called about an hour before arriving. Two friendly faces showed up and were gone within 20 minutes.

We are very satisfied with the service we received, we will definitely call them back when we have more junk.
