Paul & Garrison were fast and efficient in getting rid of our junk. Things to plan if you intend to use there service: 1. Call and check what they accept and what they dont 2. Plan your elevator booking as the time frame they share is for their arrival and not getting rid of the stuff

Thanks for taking the time to do a review. Great tips on making junk removal easier for everyone. What we take and dont take is listed on our website and of course our call centre staff will be more than happy to tell clients as well. Again good advise in mentioning the time of arrival. When you book a pick up you will get an email confirmation of the appointment as a reminder and in that email it also reminds you of the window of time for our arrival. If you have an elevator on service please let the call taker know or include it in your notes if you are booking on line. We will try to come at the beginning of the window. Unfortunately as we are all aware, a 10min drive in the GTA can turn into a 40min nightmare with no notice.
