I received a quote on the phone, and the actual amount charged was 4x the quoted amount. They did not give us a quote on arrival, nor did they give us any option to remove our items from the truck.

Customer service was extremely poor, and they would not do anything about the discrepancy between the quote and the price. The owner laughed at me when I explained what happened and said in no uncertain terms that there was nothing he would do.

This company is not to be trusted. My previous experiences with Toronto waste removal companies were all much better and I will never use this company again.
