Picking up and disposing of a couch

Called the company on Saturday to arrange for pick up and disposal of a couch. Spoke to Derek twice and confirmed an appointment between 11 am -3 pm Sunday . Called on Sunday around 2.10 pm to inquire if they are close by. Derek sounded a bit confused as to which day they are supposed to come. Said he will call me in two minutes and he never did...
An hour later I called 1-800-got-junk? They came within 2 hrs and called me twice to let me know what time they will be at my home. This is what I call a reliable company .
