The garage at one time had a family of racoons living in it (4 or 5 years ago), the place was a mess dried up feces and garbage everywhere.
Cearan the driver and Stanford the Co-pilot did a great job removing and cleaning up all the trash in the garage, they were quick and did what I asked.
