Mainland Ventures did a superb job from day one. On time and on budget. They answered all my questions and did a wonderful job on the addition to my house. They even helped with the landscaping afterwards. Great Crew!

My husband and I are property owners in Richmond and we needed a full home renovation. Right down to the drywall, sub-flooring, kitchen and bathroom. I'm sure you can imagine the nightmare in coordinating family schedules and Mainland Ventures team? Paul is amazing at what he does. It was quite extensive and became personal, these guys are like family now. Not only are they great at what they do, they are all family men. Not an ounce of scary. When picking a contractor you must always go for quality. Does not always mean most expensive but hey you get what you pay for, don't EVER forget it! A home in Richmond is no easy feat to renovate or bankroll. We have owned many homes in more than one country and invest in property. We will stand by these people anytime we need help for improvement on our investments. Thanks, Paul.

I had trouble with my first contractor and Paul of Mainland Ventures came to my rescue. He took over very swiftly and even retained some of the sub-trades that were already started with me.
Paul had already done work in my apartment building and was familiar with what was expected of him by the Strata.
His team were efficient and very pleasant to work with. The job was completed on time and would have been on budget, had I not altered one or two things along the way, which I am told is quite common.
