I had trouble with my first contractor and Paul of Mainland Ventures came to my rescue. He took over very swiftly and even retained some of the sub-trades that were already started with me. Paul had already done work in my apartment building and was familiar with what was expected of him by the Strata. His team were efficient and very pleasant to work with. The job was completed on time and would have been on budget, had I not altered one or two things along the way, which I am told is quite common. Paul was recommended to me by Christine B, who lives upstairs from me and was also extremely helpful. Her review is posted here too. I would recommend Paul and his team to anyone - they are great guys who do a good job and aren't happy until you are happy.

It was an absolute pleasure meeting and working with you. Now that the job is completed I hope that you will have no further headaches in your life. It is a shame that some unscrupulous contractors exist out there who will try and take advantage of kind and trusting people like yourself. I know that my guys are sad to have the job come to an end as am I. When working with nice people as yourself on a daily basis for such a period of time it becomes hard to say goodbye.
