Refused to honor warranty and repair roof. The shingles started to fall off during first winter after installation. A vent was shingled over. Refused to repair and became abusive and aggresive.
Does not operate from a physical address making it hard to track down.

Hey TM we have been trying to contact you for almost 4 yrs to refund your money so you can change our rating. We are now rated number one on this website for 2012. I want to make sure that we can extend your warranty and offer a refund for the repairs you had done. I am very confused as to why you will not respond to us because this is not fair to us. Thank you
